1. Booking Procedure

All property bookings must be made through our official communication channels, website, or authorized representatives. Clients are required to provide accurate personal information and clear property requirements during the booking process.

A booking request does not guarantee final confirmation until it has been reviewed and approved by City Home Real Estate or the property owner.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• Verification of client details
• Confirmation of property availability
• Agreement on rental/sale terms
• Receipt of required advance payment or deposit (if applicable)

Once confirmed, clients will receive official confirmation via email, phone, or written communication.

3. Advance Payment / Deposit

Depending on the property type and agreement, an advance payment or security deposit may be required to secure a booking.

• The deposit amount will be informed before confirmation
• The booking will not be reserved until payment is received
• Payment terms will be clearly stated in the final agreement

4. Cancellations

• Cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels
• Cancellation eligibility may depend on the property owner’s policy
• In some cases, advance payments may be non-refundable or partially refundable
• Processing fees (if any) may be deducted from refunds

5. Modification of Booking

Requests for changes to booking dates, property type, or terms are subject to availability and approval. City Home Real Estate reserves the right to accept or reject modification requests.

6. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to proceed with the booking or does not respond after confirmation, the booking may be canceled, and any deposit may be forfeited according to the agreement terms.

7. Pricing & Availability

All prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. A booking is only secured once all terms are confirmed in writing.

8. Responsibility Disclaimer

City Home Real Estate acts as an intermediary between clients and property owners. We are not responsible for changes made by property owners beyond our control after confirmation.
